"Veronica is a real pleasure to work with. She helped making downsizing happen smoothly and easily. She is great at project management, decision making, setting goals and breaking projects into manageable chunks. She made me feel like we could get projects done in time, and we did!"

Every person is unique. The solutions that I offer reflect the listening and person-centered approach that I bring to every job. It matters to me that any systems that I help create naturally work with how you think, and are as easy as possible for you to maintain.

Compassionate organizing is rooted in human connection.

Hi! My name is Veronica Johnson. I appreciate you visiting and being curious about my services!

I help individuals across various situations, including those downsizing, moving, managing ADD/ADHD, balancing busy careers or families, seniors, students, or anyone who is interested in reassessing their routines. I work on a variety of projects and am always up for new and unique opportunities.

Organized spaces should be easy to maintain and tailored to your life, values, and needs. My approach is to listen carefully to what motivates you, what activities you are a part of (or want to be a part of), and what needs more or less space in your environment and life.  From this listening, I create a roadmap for your project, prioritize tasks, and keep things on track! My favorite part of this work is hitting real traction and visible progress, which often brings my clients excitement and relief. Organizing really can be satisfying and fun.

With a Bachelor’s degree and background in Human Services, I've found that this work is a natural fit for my skills and talents. I’m passionate about meeting people where they are, offering pragmatism, hope and energy for projects that seem daunting or have been relegated to the "no fun, no thanks" portion of your to-do list. I help generate ideas, research solutions and harmonize your space to the current phase of your life.

In my free time, I'm happiest gardening and restoring a 1926 bungalow my partner Jason and I recently purchased. I love reading and being a part of book clubs, researching a variety of topics, and spending time with our kids- a beagle/corgi mix named Toni and our calico cat, Ginge.

I’d love to connect and discuss how my services and your needs could align!

Modern Living Room

Decluttering/ Downsizing

Decluttering for quality of life or to prepare for a move or change! I work with you one-on-one to sort and process what you love from what you can let go of. I ask clarifying questions to get essential information, hold space for difficult decisions, and often help research donation organizations that align with your values

Home Organizing

I help create more functional pantries, closets, offices, garages, file and paperwork systems-- the list goes on! From single rooms to whole houses, I've got you covered! I often help clients identify routines or structures that will help them maintain the  organized spaces after our sessions are over. I also offer maintenance visits for clients who would like a reset from time to time.

Moving/ Resettling

Using professional packing techniques and move management, I help get your belongings fully packed and ready for the moving truck.

I also offer unpacking and resettling services on the other side of the process so that you are fully ready to enjoy your new home within a short time!

Open White Doorway

Is your home working for you—or against you?

"Outer order contributes to inner calm."

A home that works for you, rather than you working for it, is the ultimate life hack.

Elevated Mental Clarity

Visual clutter is a constant, low-grade tax on your brain. Every stray object is a signal competing for your attention, leading to sensory overload. By removing the noise, you lower cortisol levels and reclaim the ability to focus on high-value tasks.

Emotional Restoration

Your home should be a battery charger, not a drain. An uncluttered space reduces anxiety, improves sleep, and boosts hospitality. One of the most powerful motivators is sharing food, time and space with friends and loved ones in ease.

Reclaimed Time

The average person spends days every year searching for misplaced items. In an organized home everything has a dedicated home, so that decision fatigue is minimized, and daily transitions (leaving for work, preparing meals) can become frictionless.

Financial Discipline

Clutter often hides what you already own, leading to duplicate buying. Organization provides a clear inventory of your assets, ensuring you only purchase what is necessary. I love helping with this element of home management and making systems for you to clearly see what you own.

My process: how we take the first steps.

Free Phone Consultation

During an initial 30-minute phone consultation, we'll discuss your project, what you'd like to accomplish, and all the details regarding your timing, budget, and any other needs.

$60 Walk-Through

One hour to walk and talk in person. I require this step to assess all elements of the project and determine if I am the right fit for you! This step yields the information I use to prepare and bring back a working plan for our sessions together.
